Julia Bielecki

Breathwork and Yoga Instructor

Julia is an RYT-200 with a passion for combining breath and movement. She has used yoga and breathwork to promote alignment of the body and mind, both in her personal life and for her students. This interest led her to pursue additional trainings in mindfulness meditation, pranayama, and other types of breathwork. 

Julia has spent nearly 2 decades practicing yoga and over 4 years teaching what she has learned. She recently left a full time career after experiencing stress and burnout, and uses this background to help others in similar situations. Her goal is to cultivate a sense of calm both on the mat and off.
