Ashley utilizes the power of yoga and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to slow down, be present and, take you on an inward journey to the true Self. Ashley approaches the practice of yoga holistically as a way to connect to mind, body and spirit. To find balance across her external and internal world, Ashley has turned to meditation, pranayama (breathwork), astrology and human design to find her true inner voice and hopes to guide others on their healing journey.
Ashley is a firm believer that yoga is for EVERY body by offering alternative postures, slow flows and gentle movement. Vinyasa flows are carefully crafted to activate energy lines and provide tension relief while simultaneously strengthening the body. Yoga Nidra is a practice of withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara) to relax the physical body and open the mind to plant a seed of intention. It is a deeply powerful way to immersively relax, manifest abundance, heal negative self talk and aid in recovery for the body. Ashley is a certified RYT-200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Yoga Nidra Teacher.
