Yin Yoga is perfect for anyone who wants to release tension and stress. We hold so much tension in our bodies without realizing it. For those who need a vacation but can’t quite get away, yin yoga helps with mental fog and burnout. You can expect fewer poses than other yoga classes with longer holds and longer pauses. This class is focused on releasing tension in some of the body’s tightest areas: the lower back, hips and legs. During the class you will be encouraged to stay present during asanas. Class is open to all levels.
