Businesses with mindful teams are better equipped to compete in today’s ever-changing environment. Managing stress is a crucial skill for everyone’s health and performance. This class is designed to explore techniques that can be used in the workplace to improve mental focus, concentration, relieve tension and stress and enhance energy.

It will focus on:

  • Qigong movements that can be done in the office
  • Yoga movements that can be easily done in the office
  • Breathing techniques
  • Meditations
  • Chinese Medicine Tapping techniques
  • Mindfulness
