Hatha yoga group class where you can expect a gentle body warm-up followed by postures and poses to practice alignment, strengthen muscles and promote flexibility. Mind-body connection where balance and self-awareness are the goals. Asanas include standing postures, twists, optional backbends, forward folds, and hip openers with modifications offered allowing for the class to be for all levels.
